This was my first time buying a home and I knew very little about it. Erika walked me through every step and thoroughly explained every house, small details that I completely missed, important features I didn’t think of and every document that I signed. She was so helpful and was there 24/7 if I needed anything (even a venting conversation) We were supposed to have a 45 day close and we closed in 35!!!!!
